15. REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
All orders placed with us are for custom-designed apparel. Because each design is created specifically for you, the creation of custom artwork is treated as a non-refundable service.
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
# Once custom artwork has been created or approved.
# Once the artwork has been printed or applied to any apparel items.
# For any completed custom orders, regardless of whether the items have been shipped.
You may cancel your order only before we begin work on your custom artwork. If cancellation occurs after artwork creation has started or been completed, no refund will be issued.
Replacements
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective due to our manufacturing or shipping process, we will, at our sole discretion, replace the affected item at no additional charge.
To request a replacement:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
# Provide clear photos of the damage/defect.
# Return the damaged item if requested.
Normal wear and tear, customer modifications, or damage after receipt are not eligible for replacement. All replacement decisions are final and made at our discretion.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that the custom artwork service is non-refundable and that your sole remedy for issues with received items is a possible replacement as outlined above.
